After the following issue being fixed, it does not have to specify grpc-api-address when restoring a meta-node:

Currently, grpc-api-address is required:
https://databend.rs/doc/deploy/metasrv/metasrv-backup-restore#import-data-as-a-new-databend-meta-cluster
