Problem statement

If we rely on multiple credentials to access the HMS (external) tables we would have to migrate these tables in chunks.

Proposed Solution

Provide the user guidance on how to create a single role with access to all storage prefixes required for external table migration. The role can be created using a Terraform script or a cloud CLI command
