Wrong folder name for image data

It seems that the folder names in the repo with the image data: https://bitbucket.org/mmeysenburg/workshops.git
...are not yet fully adjusted to the folder names in the lessons.

In the bitbucket repo there is a folder workshops/image-processing/03-opencv-images/ but in the lesson it is referred to as workshops/image-processing/03-skimage-images

Hey @tischi , could we possible broaden the scope of this issue to something like data reorganization. I would suggest to tackle the following problems (that I see):

• move the data for the workshops to the data folder here?
• Reduce number of unique images used? #39 👍 there are too many images that don't bring any benefit IMO.
