Tableau: support of Custom SQL queries containing SalesForce SOQL

As sqlglot does not support SalesForce dialect, some Custom SQL queries are not parsed during ingestion.

Possible temporary workaround is to treat it as databricks dialect, at least to parse simple queries (which are mostly used from Tableau to pull data from Sales Force)
