Hello there,
As Python 3.7 has been end-of-life since 2023-June, we can update the minimum supported version of Python to 3.8 which would allow the removal of the package pin here, which prevents users from using Python 3.12 as the pinned package uses a deprecated feature since 3.10 and a removed feature since 3.12.

The minimum version check here would also have to be updated.
