  1. Can we make them CSV? So someone can open in excel.
  2. While generating CEN_2001 I had assumed a fixed length for District Code, Sub-District Code, Village Code 2001; so the Key is always of a fixed length. I want to do the same for 2011. I will add a column to the CSV or TXT file you have added CEN_2011 which will have the code.
  3. I will also add a column called CEN_2001 which exists in map. This way it could be easy look up instead of some end used doing concat.

@avinashcelestine
I can do all 1-3. Just want to know your opinion.

1.sure. the only reason i didn't make them csv is that some of the place names have commas in them, which can mess up the field separation if user is not careful. So if doing csv, we should quote the cols.
2 & 3. ok
