I've just noticed that the website is giving a 404 error. Should fix this ASAP.

Reconfigured Github Pages to serve the site from the DNS publicbodies.org.

Investigate why sometimes after running Github Actions workflows the site falls back automatically to https://okfnlabs.org/publicbodies/ instead of https://publicbodies.org and https stops working.

The https version of the site, css and subpages are eventually automatically fixed. But not the domain name for Github Pages, which must often be reset manually after a workflow run.
