The command to create a .env is not working with vector enabled db, an error message stated the graphQL endpoint is not available.

[ERROR] INVALID_ARGUMENT: Vector database 'test_astra_cli_vector' does not provide graphQL

Expected action:

The message should not be displayed as the graphQL endpoint is still available under the hood
New Keys should be added for the URL and SWAGGER URL of data API.
