As an Admin I want to destroy the entire application stack in an automated fashion so that it is no longer available in under 5 minutes

Acceptance criteria

  • We can destroy an app instance with one or a few commands

Tasks

  • destroy stack
  • delete s3 buckets
  • destroy RDS
