Transient Status Not Updated After Follow-up Request #193

Describe the bug
There is at least one case of a follow-up request being made but the transient status not changed to "FollowupRequested" from "New".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://ziggy.ucolick.org/yse/transient_detail/2022ltz/
  2. Notice its status is still New
  3. Click on Follow-up tab
  4. See there is an active request

Expected behavior
When a follow-up request is made, all objects with New, Watch, and Interesting statuses are expected to change to FollowupRequested

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: MacOs
  • Browser: Safari
