Coordinate Poetry and Maturin

In particular, we need to install dependencies of Redesmyn along with the latter.

Looks as though this is not possible at the moment.

Some options:

1. Programmatically copy [tool.poetry.dependencies] to dependencies attribute in [project]
2. Switch to hatch

Will probably just do 1 for now, since a further considerations of tradeoffs is required for 2.
