This recipe is for 2 people (adjust as needed) |
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb linguini
- 1 1/2 lb clams
- 8 garlic cloves
- lots of parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup white wine
- butter & olive oil
- Cook garlic in olive oil & butter
- Add white wine, heat
- Add clams, cover until all have popped (if some refuse to pop, throw them out)
- Add parsley, serve.
