Hello @davidcortesortuno,

Someone in our group is using your package, and I have a simple question, would you be willing to make a pypi package? Such that one could just install via,

pip install oommfpy

This is more for automation setups than anything else. Otherwise we will just use submodule to handle things within our project. I just thought I would ask. If not no worries.

Cheers,

Hello, thanks for the suggestion 🙂, it's a good idea and makes it easier for new users to install the package.
When I have some free time I'll try to publish the latest version to PyPI. I need to check first a couple of features I was planning to add to the code.

Hi, I did a first release so you can now install it via pip https://pypi.org/project/oommfpy/ :)
There are still many details left but this version should be working. It also has a new reader for omf files in text format.
