button already exists on ConfigureShow, but offers to reset to default instead
needs to be able to import everything which can be configured on ConfigureShow
also add text to README.md under "Configuring Show" page like "All options configured on this page can be imported from a previous show, so if you perform a regular show with the same structure you will only have to do the configuration once."
