Crashes: IComparer.Compare method returns inconsistent results: SuitabilityComparer

When trying to access a list of tags on SelectCast.
It might be because we removed a cast member that had that tag. (seems like putting them back stopped the crash)
But the issue only happens when "Sort applicants by suitability score" is ticked on.

Note: still happens with WeightedSumEngine
