refactor: export all APIs under namespace

To avoid using NgxMeta in names. Though have to be done with care to keep allowing tree-shaking:

• re-exported namespaces cannot be tree-shaked evanw/esbuild#1420

This could be an opportunity to introduce new APIs btw.
