Add Button on Widget Panel like images

Hi all,
I'm able to run the app on Maui .Net8 in my tablet, but I don't see, either in code, the Plus button that is visible on the Widget Panel, I think is use for add new widget on panel.
This is a function that I need in my Weather App, can anyone please tell me if I'm wrong and the plus button is present or how I can do it? Thanks
