Automatic file watching and browser refreshing

I've been looking all over for a simple server that understands the single page app HTML5 url rewriting. So thank you. What would be super awesome is if this also watched all files in the app directory automatically, no config necessary (except maybe some optional excluding), and then refreshed the browser on changes.
