eslint v9 적용시 이슈 #53

.eslintrc 파일 대신 eslint.config.m?(t | j)s를 사용하길 권장
extends, plugin, 여러 cli 옵션들이 deprecated되어 그대로 사용 불가능하여 변경이 필수.

그 외에도 v9을 따라간 플러그인과 그렇지 못한 플러그인이 혼재되어 있는듯..
시간이 좀 더 지나 안정화 후에 v9을 적용 하기로...
