Feature description

dbt rpc server updates:

support ephemeral models
query cancellation (using UUIDS)
add rpc method to return currently running processes (and any associated info we have about them)
return compiled SQL in exceptions when we have it (eg. if compilation succeeds, but the query is invalid)
support macros defined in an RPC call to execute/ or compile/
