There is a csv that I want to load within the snowplow open source repo. Can't do it, because dbt seed doesn't understand dependencies.

not suggesting we should address this right now, should probably wait until we "function-ize" csv loading. but this functionality should be every bit as dependency-aware as the rest of dbt run.
