As a user, I want to be able to have secure storage so that I can store my files and decide access level.

Users must be able to store files. The files may be per user, per account o shared across the entire system.

Secure storage must be implemented with a cloud provider, and avoiding to have the files passing through hasura o proxy in order to not to have scalability issues.
