Hello,

How difficult would it be to add support for a second drawer for the right side of the page. I would really like that feature. I've studied the code and it seems it would require mostly duplication with appropriate changes to the existing code for the drawer on the left. This was to be in mdl 2, but is possible with mdl 1 as shown in this issue on the mdl github page:

google/material-design-lite#1597
