Bug: Unplayable download items cause realdebrid to stop answering

Actual Behavior
When playing a video that RealDebrid fails to unrestrict or fails to play, instead of moving it to unplayable zurg testing keeps spamming RealDebrid to get it to play.
This causes RealDebrid to simply start ignoring requests from my IP !

it's possible that all these requests came in simultaneously given Plex scanning and rclone's behavior so the file is still being checked if unrestrictable or not

Anyhow, there is a more restrictive behavior coming in on the next release but expect this behavior to be similar to this
