We should create a min/max filter operation.
It will popup a text box asking what filter value to use.
When the filter value is changed, the filter re-runs, and produces a dataset that has non-compliant values removed.
If the filter value has a range, a range slider will be supported.
Note: we should allow the filter to be specified as a singleton.
