Onboarding — During creation of new Fractal DAO, show option to "import a Safe" in the UI

Update onboarding so that the user can either create a Fractal from scratch or "import" a Safe that is already connected to their wallet address/ENS.

Even though the Safe is already loaded into Fractal without needing to import it, this creates a moment of delight for the user where they get to see their Safe pulled into the UI and taken right into screens for further configuration and customization.

Nothing new would happen other than pausing to show the user what is happening. After initial design feedback, I discovered that Palmera does a version of this in their onboarding.

@adamgall I had opened this to capture my initial UX QA from a few months back.

My take is that it's a lower priority while we turn attention to the Hats feature build, but this would be a great UX improvement for that home page for new users — connect wallet, and bam, you've got Safes loaded up (if you have any associated with that wallet address). With some intentional stepping through UI we could turn that moment into something more intentional and delightful without actually adding in any more functionality (I think?)

Design required

I would say now we have hats progress, this COULD (but lets see about SHOULD) be an option to be picked up before design moves onton whitelisting

Feels simple to do (Palmora have this feature in their create safe flow already) so I also like this as a candidate to pick up now
