Integrate XEDI Wallet and UI

Xdefi Provider exposes the bitcoin and litecoin providers. The first step is to wrap the UI components with this provider and update the UI with wallet information (addresses). We will also need to update the UI to handle 'Wallet Not Connect' and 'XDEFI Wallet not connected'.
