Use OSGeo Nexus Repo as public repo for all release artifacts. See https://www.osgeo.org/foundation-news/new-osgeo-repo/ and https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC:Repo for more information.

TMC has the motion to move to OSGeo nexus instead of hosting our own Deegree repo on plaza.deegree.org
