The maven build shall create lightweight deegree WAR files with the following features:

The webapp which include JDBC drivers shall include all redistributable JDBC drivers such as Oracle, MS SQL, and Postgresql. If sqlite will be added to the supported backends, the JDBC driver (includes plattform dependend stuff) shall be included too.

The documentation shall describe which webapp to use in which environment and setup.
