Inputs in the root flake

Seems like having inputs in the source-flake won't allow getting all inputs via nix flake archive and hence caching them.

It's better to move the inputs to the root flake.

In case it'll be necessary to resolve circular inputs (link).

Furthermore it has been observed that lock files can grow indefinitely when mutually dependent flakes don't use follows to remove the older version of themselves from the inputs graph.
