Description
This PR adds the necessary updates to facilitate publishing a unicorn flavor of gitlab and creates a unicorn flavor in zarf composed partially of chainguard images and the rest the upstream gitlab images. Follow on work to update the rest of the images to chainguard will be needed once they are updated to work correctly in the deployment.
