Describe what should be investigated or refactored

Currently there is a PeerAuthentication exception for the wait for trillian initContainer. This should be removed once UDS Core implements native sidecars.

Additional context

This is waiting for 1.29+ versions of k8s to get enough traction to implement in UDS Core.
