Describe what should be investigated or refactored

We will obviously do a lot of our testing on the uds-k3d baseline, but that is just a dev stack. Question here is what we plan to target and to what degree we plan to test other underlying deployment targets. For the initial pass and in scope of this issue that deployment target will be rke2 in aws, similar to uds-core and uds-prod

These will be nightly build and on release.

Tracking defenseunicorns/uds-core#213 to piggyback off of their implementation of nightly tests since we deploy on top of uds-core
