I have 2 Zephyr split AC units with the AEH-W4E1 module (hismart-us is the one I got working). Everything looks good in AirCon as well as MQTT, however the readings are incorrect in Home Assistant as the temperature_unit is set to F instead of C. Is there a way to change this from the configuration without "rewriting" the discovery message? TIA.

I'm having the same issue, using fglair-us.

Can we at least get a configuration entry in the integration so we can override the temperature units? I have to manually overwrite the discovery topic every time it restarts for it to work properly. Drives me nuts...

@jsb5151 You can change the temp type in the config file, in the hisense folder in the homeassisatnt config folder, to "temp_type": "C"
