ctcf_df -> "?" - take the complete one ! not intersect one -> NT-CTCF-narrowPeaks-sort-merge-with-strength.bed
ctcf_motif take from -> Building_pairwise_interactions_BEDPE notebook

intersect, etc -split by orientation -> turn into bigBED -> put on the stackup ... metagene ... - flip orientations carefully !
