Describe the solution you'd like
Support PowerScale in CSM Observability.
We will collect the performance and capacity metrics from PowerScale that is managed with CSI.
Also we will provide pre-packaged Grafana dashboards, e.g. PowerScale Cluster IO Metrics, PowerScale Cluster Volume Capacity, so it would be easy to see the history of metrics in Grafana.
