Bug Description

The instructions for installing the PowerScale driver via CSM Operator is inconsistent in the naming of the target namespace. In some places it uses test-isilon and in others it uses isilon. This is very confusing to a new user. The namespace should be consistent in the documenation. I suggest just using isilon as the namespace.
