[BUG] Hidden Apps are always visible at A14's battery uasge page

Any app hidden by amarok which has run for sometime and used battery would be recorded at android 14 battery usage page and I can even uninstall it at this privilege page.

To Reproduce / 复现步骤
Steps to reproduce the behavior / 复现异常的步骤:

1. Unhide an app and use it for 1 minutes at android 14
2. Hide it use amarok and go to battery usage page
3. Click the record and uninstall it

Expected behavior / 预期行为
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Hide app's battery activity so prevent it being detected and uninstalled
