Learnings from ETH Denver

• Logging errors often ends up with an empty error object
• fetch should work by default for http outcalls, it's confusing to have to explain that it doesn't work
• Podman takes a long time to install on Mac, we should show an indicator
• obviously we should complete the Azle book new documentation
• We need lots of examples of how to use the EVM RPC to transfer eth, transfer ERC20s, use tECDSA for Ethereum transactions, etc Ethereum/EVM stuff
• Even if abstracted away a bit, the Candid stuff is confusing, we should work on completely removing it in cross-canister calls
• Did files are confusing
• Too many confusing errors...especially that weird error with the wasmtime candid generation
