Integrate azle into didc, dfx, and DFINITY Docs

We can start opening pull requests or issues to get Azle integrated into didc and dfx.

• For didc, we want to be able to generate canister types from .did files (what about the other TypeScript types?)
  • Issue opened: As a developer, I want to generate Azle TypeScript types from Candid files so that I don't have to implement them manually dfinity/candid#373
• For dfx, we want to have an azle type in the dfx.json
  • Issue opened: dfx.json type azle dfinity/sdk#2528
• For dfx, we also want dfx new azle to generate a default Azle project
  • Issue opened: Implement dfx new _project_name_ --type=azle dfinity/sdk#2529

We have a PR open for didc, and I have a fork that we can use to get the types generated that we need. We don't need official azle support since azle is using @dfinity/candid
