Error calculating the bbox after image cropping in preprocess? #51

It seems that given the input image been cropped, the bbox is not cropped, the bbox can extend to further coordinates beyond the size of the cropped image.

Ok, I checked the code and found that some of the cropped boxes are dropped out if their intersection is less than 10%. But why...?
