Update REST API documentation to reflect attack surface and vuln->LoC calls

Update the REST API documentation to include:
-Calls used by the scanner plugins to pre-seed the spidering process with attack surface
-Calls used by the IDE plugins to pull vulnerabilities and their associated source code locations

(Also need to update the REST responses page to reflect these calls as well)
