Support stable release nginx-1.8.x lock implementation.

Dynamic re-compilation of the module:

  • Be aware that when you update the nginx-core must be modules check on the same version to work correctly.
  • Add list of dynamic modules in the beginning ./configure --add-dynamic-module=… of nginx.conf, to show the instructions on upgrading load_module modules/….so;. (/usr/local/etc/nginx/modules/)
