Description

Using the newly created SettingsProvider, add a defaultSnackbarOffset setting as a global variable.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add a defaultSnackbarOffset setting to our SettingsProvider
  • Update the Snackbar component to check if defaultSnackbarOffset has been set to a value before using the existing default (60 + insets)
