User Story

As the managers and developers for the VA Platform,
We need to test the contact information refactor in the new PCIU environment,
So that it is clear that there are no issues with the content information refactor.

Issue Description

Need to test the contact information refactor, after 93448 has been completed.

Tasks

• Test contact information refactor
• Note any tests that do not pass
• Document process of testing and any corrections from the first round of testing the contact information refactoring.

Success Metrics

No issues with the refactored content information

Acceptance Criteria

• The objective can proceed to the next task
• Documentation of the testing outcomes and results
• Documentation of the testing process

Sprint reporting note: During Sprint 15 (2024), department-of-veterans-affairs/vets-api#18729 was being reviewed and there was a cascading effect because of changes that need to be made based on PR feedback. As a result, this ticket is blocked and will be removed from Sprint 16. Additional modifications to the epic workflow are being track in #98514.
