As a Veteran,
I want to to view, print, or download a copy of my 526ez disability compensation claim application after submitting online,
So that I can have a record of my submission and trust that my application has been received, even if my claim is unsuccessful.

• How to adapt the VFF template's PDF download link pattern to include ancillary forms and evidence is unclear.

Acceptance Criteria

• Engineering and Product Management should be able to link directly to each frame in their GitHub tickets, ensuring that tickets won’t need updating if the 1.0 designs require revisions after Sprint 10.

In Scope

• This work is not related to ZSF failures and will need to go through a design intent or midpoint review. This is the assumption but it should be reconfirmed.
• Implement the VADS design pattern to Help users stay informed of their form submission status > Form submission status in My VA and the VADs template for Stay informed of their application status.
• The designs do not need to include annotations for relevant headings and accessibility details, as this information is not included in the VADs design system documentation or Figma documentation.
• Final designs should be ready to demo as a Figma prototype in Sprint 11's sprint review meeting.
