[Health IA intake:] Template updated standard versions of OH/Cerner routing alerts

Overview

As documented in Cartography team ticket # - tool team verisons of OH/Cerner routing alerts, as well as these alerts on benefit hub pages are inconsistent.

Appointments team received feedback from Governance team in 2024 & incorporated that feedback into a pluralized version of their alert for the appts tool page, and we now need to abstract their version into a template that will work for all teams, as well as create a singular version for users with only one Cerner facility in their profile (vs. multiple).

The most urgent need for this template, is the medical records team, who does not yet have OH/Cerner routing alerts in place in staging & are going to staging review (& hopefully Phase 1) by EOY.

Need to do a few things :

• Review governance team feedback from appointments
• Template out a standardized version of the alert based on that feedback
  • Version for tool pages (will only link to My VA Health)
  • Version for benefit hub pages (will go on Med, MR, and SM pages in benefit hub until URLs are updated in Feb-March to point to VA.gov versions, at which point we should remove this alert) that should include 2 links: one for each portal - MHV national portal & My VA Health portal

Update: MR team trying to ship OH/Cerner alerts today - this is a rush job & spun up this ticket to cover work I had already done (templating the plural version of OH/Cerner alerts) plus new work to do this morning: make a version for a single facility.

Laura is not available this morning for review, but I consulted governance feedback, the appointments team's most updated alert version, and ran the "single facility" alert by @outerpress as a second set of eyes. We can iterate later if necessary, but the timeline for this is immediate, so sending the alert designs to MR engineer Kyle Cardwell this morning.
