Description
The summaries of checkboxes under "select types of records to include" mostly use the format "includes . . . " except for the "Past VA appointments"

Recommended action
Add "includes" to the beginning of that one item so it matches, and add a period since it will now be a complete sentence like the others. I think the easiest solution is: "Includes only records from the last 2 years."
