1. [Support] Help Content Team edit External Service docs

User Story

As a backend engineer, I want to help the Content Team update the External Service documentation, so that these pages are accurate and up-to-date.

Issue Description

Assist the Platform Content Team (PM: Joe Knipes) with updating External Service Integrations pages on the Platform Website during the sprint. You'll be working with members of the team on whichever pages they are working on during the sprint. The Content Team will specify which pages (likely 2-3) require technical input. Most of the external services are relatively unknown, so some discovery is expected for this work.

Tasks

• Ensure the Content Team knows you are collaborating with them this sprint (can reach out in #platform-content).
• Provide technical input for updating the designated pages during the sprint.
• Ensure edits follow the style guide.

Acceptance Criteria

• Backend engineer has collaborated with the Content Team and contributed to updating the External Service documentation as needed throughout the sprint.

It was determined that the ADF Page / #92646 could be removed.

We also spent a while going back and forth over the Appeals/Caseflow page with some members of Lighthouse/Appeals, and ultimately determined that the current state of the info on that page wasn't useful, so it was archived. However, as we do still integrate with Caseflow, a follow up ticket was created to capture the work for a full re-write, when time permits (#102701)
