What problem does this solve?

As part of some recent discovery around the use of PII/PHI in UI elements, new guidance has been drafted to further clarify what this information is and where we risk exposure. This guidance impacts several components within VADS. The document linked details what updates are needed and where, but may not be an all-inclusive list. (Updates to the content style guide have been submitted to the content team separately).
